   The subject of this agreement is the donation transaction completed online by the donor.

3. Service
   The service provided is accepting an online donation amount selected by the donor. No physical product is shipped.

4. Payment
   Payments are processed securely via the payment provider. The donor will receive a confirmation after successful payment.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Refund
   Refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy:

6. Disputes
   In case of disputes, applicable Turkish law and competent authorities will apply.
